SJW Corp. has adopted a Dividend Reinvestment and Stock Purchase Plan (the “Plan”). The Plan enables shareholders to reinvest cash dividends in SJW Corp. common stock. In addition, shareholders and first time buyers will have the opportunity to purchase SJW Corp. common stock through the Plan. There are no brokerage commissions or service charges with respect to dividend reinvestment or share purchases.
